Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone who uses the Kɔ Circle website or app, whether browsing as a visitor or registered as a buyer or seller.

2. Your account

Accounts are created and verified in the app using your phone number and a one-time code — Kɔ Circle does not use passwords for buyer/seller accounts. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, since it's how your identity is verified.

3. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — description, price, condition, and category. Listings for prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items policy) may be removed without notice.

4. Payments and escrow

When a buyer pays for an item, that payment is held in escrow rather than paid directly to the seller. It is released to the seller once delivery is confirmed, or refunded to the buyer if a dispute is resolved in their favor. See our Buyer Protection policy for details.

5. Fees

Kɔ Circle charges a service fee to buyers and a commission to sellers on completed transactions. Applicable fees are shown clearly before a buyer pays and before a seller's payout is released.

6. Disputes

If a buyer or seller believes a transaction went wrong, either party can raise a dispute. Kɔ Circle reviews the available evidence — including order details and messages — before deciding whether to release payment to the seller or refund the buyer.

7. Suspension and account status

Accounts that violate these terms, post prohibited content, or are the subject of repeated credible reports may be suspended or, in serious cases, permanently removed.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
