How Kɔ Circle works

Kɔ Circle is built around one idea: a buyer's money shouldn't reach a seller until the buyer actually has their item. That protection — escrow — runs through every transaction on the platform.

1

Browse or post a listing

Search listings here on the website, or open the app to post your own item, service, or job in seconds.

2

Make or accept an offer

A buyer sends an offer in the app; the seller accepts, declines, or counters. Everything is agreed before any money moves.

3

Pay into escrow

Once an offer is accepted, the buyer pays through the app. That payment is held safely in escrow — the seller doesn't receive it yet.

4

Delivery happens

The seller ships or hands over the item, with delivery tracked through the app where applicable.

5

Buyer confirms, seller gets paid

Once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, the held payment is released to the seller.

6

Disputes are reviewed, not ignored

If something's wrong, either side can raise it. Our team reviews the case — including order history and messages — before payment is released or refunded.
